JACK STUDS:

  • 42-Jack studs (81 1/8" long)

HEADERS:

  •   1-Modified header for laundry bi-fold.

  •   3-41” headers for exterior doors.  Make up with two 2 x 10’s in vertical position with a 2 x 4
               on bottom and a 1 x 4 on top. Flush side of the header to be to the exterior side.

  • 10-39 ½” Headers for exterior windows.  Make up same as for exterior doors.

  • 10-36 ½” Sills, single 2 x 4 only.

  •   4-37” Headers for interior doors.  Make with two 2 x 4’s nailed flat.

  •   1-29” Header for interior doors. Same as above.

  •   3-53” Headers for 48’ BR closet doors. Make up with two 2 x 4’s vertical with ½” OSB filler.

  •   1-52” Header made same as above, for metal bi-fold.

CRIPPLES:

  • 32-2 x 4’s 19 1/8” long for 5’ windows.

  •   8-2 x 4’s 43 1/8” long for 3’ windows.

  •   4-Exterior corners. Corner for wall No. 1 should have notch 7” x 1 ½” to receive porch beam.

  •   9-Exterior partitions (see manual) for 4” walls.

  •   1-Exterior partition for 6” walls. (One should have double 2 x 6 notched down 7”+at top to accept porch beam.)

  •   1-Interior partition to accept 4” wall.

  • 11-Interior partitions for 4” walls.

  •   7-Interior corners
